The River House is made up of the Fishing Suite and The River Suite with the option to adjoin.
Fishing Suite
Max occupancy- 2 (may not be exceeded, includes children)
Located off site, 4 miles South of Avalanche Ranch in the town of Redstone.
Studio with King, full kitchen, bathroom w/ tub/shower. TV w/ AT/DVD, wi-fi, river views. Can be booked as an adjoining unit to the River Suite. NO PETS. Located in Redstone.
1 Car maximum. Additional cars are $15/vehicle.
Nightly Rate: $195
High Season: 3-night minimum
Low Season: 2-night minimum
(Nightly rate includes Passes to the Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs, around the clock access, from check-in to check-out. Passes must be picked up during business hours 9am-5pm.)

Two Bedroom (queen/2 twin) and one bathroom w/ tub/shower. Full kitchen, river views. Can be booked as an adjoining unit to the River Suite. NO PETS. Located in Redstone.
