Updated May 25, 2020
Lodging at Avalanche Ranch will be open and bookable on May 28, 2020. We will open at a 50% occupancy in the Cabins only. Wagons will remain closed until further notice.
The Hot Springs at Avalanche Ranch will remain closed to lodging guests and day visitors until further notice (by Pitkin County ordinance).
We will practice all Covid-19 safety measures per the CDC and the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Common areas such as the Lodge and the Office and Gift Store will be mandatory mask areas and all contact areas will be disinfected regularly. Hand sanitizing stations will be set up in all public areas. Cabins will be cleaned between visitors vigorously and all frequently touched areas sanitized and ALL bedding changed.
Any guest that is experiencing any symptoms (cough or fever) please stay at home. For your safety, we strongly discourage visitors that are high risk.
We have also updated our cancelation policy for an event such as this. Due to a high volume of cancellations we are currently not issuing refunds but will reschedule reservations or issue a credit.
If you have questions or concerns please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When we open on May 28th we will be available to answer the phone at (970)963-2846.
Thank you for your support! We are very thankful for the response we have received from our amazing guests and can’t wait to see you all in the near future (we hope!).
