Coronavirus Update

Updated March 4, 2021

Lodging at Avalanche Ranch is open.

The Hot Springs at Avalanche Ranch is open to lodging guests.  Additionally, we are open to a limited number of day visitors on a reservation basis.

Our Lodging is open at full capacity and our Day Visitor access is at reduced capacity.

We ask that you not visit the Ranch if you have any Coronavirus symptoms, feel unwell or if you have been in contact with a symptomatic person or with someone who has tested positive.  We can reschedule your visit.

Pitkin County, where Avalanche Ranch is located, requires that all guests visiting Pitkin County submit the Traveler Responsibility Code before entering the County.

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY CODE FORM

While at Avalanche Ranch, common areas such as the Lodge and the Office and Gift Store will be mandatory mask areas (no matter your politics and beliefs!). All contact areas will be disinfected regularly.  Hand sanitizing stations are set up in all public areas.  Cabins will be cleaned between visitors vigorously and all frequently touched areas sanitized and ALL bedding changed.

The Hot Springs area is limited to 6 people per pool, masks should be worn in the pool area but not when you enter the water.  Please maintain 6 feet from people that are not in your household.  Chairs, railings, changing rooms and bathrooms at the pool area will be cleaned frequently.

Any guest that is experiencing any symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, aches & chills, nausea, headaches) please stay at home.

We have also updated our lodging cancelation policy for an event such as this (global pandemic!).

If you have questions or concerns please email us at info@avalancheranch.com or call (970)963-2846.

Thank you for your support!  We are very thankful for the response we have received from our amazing guests and can’t wait to see you all in the near future.
