High Season Rates:

Certain Holiday periods and May 25- September 2; three-night minimum. 5% discount for stays of 7 nights or more. Christmas/New Years Dec 21-Jan 1st.

Low Season Rates:

September 3- May 24. Two-night minimum weekends; call for availability of shorter stay; excluding certain holiday periods. 10% discount for stays 7 nights or more.

Max Occupancy:

8 people (including children)

Discounts:

5% discount given for stays of 7 nights or more during high season. 10% discount given for stays of 7 nights or more during low season.
